These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and the operator of the zh666 platform (hereinafter "zh666", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at https://zh666.cam.

zh666 is an English-language online gaming platform designed for adult users, including those accessing from Pakistan. The Platform offers sports betting markets, live-dealer casino products, slots, instant games and associated promotional offers. By accessing any part of this Platform — including browsing content, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the zh666 Platform.
• "Balance" — the total sum of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bets, free spins winnings or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures requiring identity, age and address verification, applied in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards.
• "Platform" — the zh666 website, associated mobile-optimised interface and any related applications through which gaming services are made available.
• "Real-Money Funds" — funds deposited by the User from their own financial resources, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, promotional and account-management functions made available via the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total betting volume that must be completed by the User before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee. All PKR figures referenced in these Terms or elsewhere on the Platform are indicative unless confirmed in real time through the live cashier.

To register and maintain an Account on zh666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Corporate, trust, partnership or nominee accounts are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including but not limited to jurisdictions that have enacted specific legislative prohibitions on internet gambling.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on this Platform or any other gambling platform that extends to zh666 by operation of a shared exclusion scheme.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be a current or recent employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee of zh666 or any of its affiliated companies, game studios or technology providers, unless express written permission has been granted.

zh666 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including by requesting documentary evidence of age, identity and address. Any Account found to be in breach of these eligibility criteria may be suspended, restricted or permanently closed, and any funds associated with ineligible accounts are subject to review in accordance with applicable regulatory and anti-fraud procedures.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the zh666 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zh666 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any associated bonuses and withhold related winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification may be requested:

• Prior to or following your first withdrawal;
• At any time the Platform identifies activity requiring identity confirmation for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes;
• When account details are updated or when unusual account patterns are detected.

Typical KYC documentation for users in Pakistan includes a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport (photo page), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and in some cases a liveness-check selfie. Documentation must be current, unaltered and submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Submitting falsified documents constitutes fraud.

zh666 reserves the right to suspend Account access and withhold processing of pending withdrawals pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or operate your Account. zh666 will treat all activity occurring through your Account credentials as having been authorised by you.

If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify the zh666 support team immediately via the contact details set out in Section 16 of these Terms. zh666 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to exercise reasonable precautions in securing their credentials.

All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by TLS/SSL encryption. zh666 will never ask you to disclose your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from zh666 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of the transaction. The available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable fees and processing times are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change without advance notice. Users are responsible for reviewing current cashier information before initiating a deposit.

Payment methods commonly known in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as familiar payment context only. The reference to these providers does not constitute an endorsement of online gambling by those providers, nor does it represent a guarantee that those methods are currently available in the cashier. Users must confirm availability via the live cashier.

• All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• zh666 does not accept deposits made from proceeds of criminal activity. Any funds identified as such are subject to forfeiture and reporting to applicable authorities.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. zh666 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile money provider or payment network.
• PKR amounts shown in the cashier are current at the time of display and may be subject to conversion fees if your funding source operates in a different currency.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. If KYC has not been completed at the time of your withdrawal request, processing will be paused pending successful verification. zh666 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation before releasing funds.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible and operationally required for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set out in the live cashier and are subject to change.
• Processing times stated in the cashier are estimates provided by the operator and payment processors. zh666 does not guarantee that funds will be received within a specific timeframe, as delays may be caused by third-party processors, banking systems or regulatory review procedures.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for AML compliance. zh666 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing during active investigations in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real-Money Funds and qualifying winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

zh666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, reload offers and other promotions (collectively "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions ("Offer Terms"), which are published alongside the relevant offer and incorporate these general bonus provisions.

The following general bonus provisions apply to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the Offer Terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable multiplier is stated in the Offer Terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum per-bet or per-spin limit applies. Placing bets above this limit during a bonus period may result in cancellation of the bonus and voiding of associated winnings. The applicable limit is specified in the Offer Terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally towards the wagering requirement. Slot contributions, live-casino contributions and excluded games are specified in the Offer Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotions expire within the period stated in the Offer Terms, calculated from the time of activation. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain Promotions limit the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from bonus play. This cap is stated in the Offer Terms.
• One Bonus per Household: Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are available once per User, household, IP address, device and payment method.
• Abuse: zh666 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage or coordinated exploitation of Promotions is identified.

Any PKR figures cited in Promotional materials are illustrative examples unless confirmed as current offer values in the Offer Terms. Users are advised to read the full Offer Terms before claiming any Promotion.

The rules governing individual games — including casino table games, slots, live-dealer products, crash games and sports betting markets — are determined by the relevant game studio or odds-feed provider and are displayed within the game interface or betting market. Users are responsible for reading applicable game rules before placing a wager.

• All bets, once confirmed, are final. zh666 will not reverse a bet on the grounds that the User changed their mind after confirmation, unless a manifest technical error occurred on the Platform's side.
• In the event of a technical disruption (e.g., dropped connection, server fault), zh666 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly in accordance with the applicable game provider's procedures. zh666 reserves the right to void affected rounds where a fair resolution cannot be determined.
• Sports markets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures). zh666 follows market-standard settlement rules and may apply void policies for postponed, abandoned or replayed events as published in the sportsbook terms.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots are provided by game studios where available and are displayed within the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zh666 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age or located in a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or coordinated bonus exploitation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity, including money laundering;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or circumvent any part of the Platform's technology or security infrastructure;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory towards Platform staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Allowing a third party to use your Account credentials;
• Any other conduct that zh666 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

zh666 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following player-protection tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.
• Session-Time Reminders: Users may configure on-screen alerts after a chosen play duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: A temporary suspension of Account access for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days may be activated by the User at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request exclusion from gambling activity for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and are not immediately reversible. Requests to lift a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory review period.

zh666 reserves the right to impose limits or restrict Account access on its own initiative where it identifies indicators of problem gambling or where a User has previously self-excluded on another platform within a shared exclusion scheme.

All content on the zh666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software, game assets, promotional materials and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to zh666 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any trademarks, service marks or brand names appearing on the Platform that belong to third parties (including game studios and payment-method providers referenced in an informational context) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. No licence or right to use such marks is granted to Users by virtue of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh666, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, game studio partners and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or cessation of Platform services caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure events or regulatory action;
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment processors, including processing delays, failed transactions or currency conversion discrepancies;
• Any reliance by the User on information published on the Platform that does not constitute a direct contractual commitment from zh666;
• Any loss of gambling winnings arising from Account closure for breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zh666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by zh666's negligence, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

zh666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following means: a notice displayed on the Platform homepage or Account dashboard, an email notification to the address registered to your Account, or an updated "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the applicable procedure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh666 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits, modifies or overrides the statutory rights available to you under the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any applicable consumer protection legislation.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are reminded that the governing law provision does not validate or authorise their use of the Platform if such use is prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. zh666 expressly disclaims any representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
